So there's this thing going on where people who were supposed to come visit me keep having car trouble. It's amazing. And people I seek out in order to bake cookies at their place -- my stupid oven only works when it feels like it -- keep thinking "cookies" are a euphemism for bizarre sexual acts. What on Earth has happened to people?
